Throughout their life, your heirlooms and precious jewellery will eventually need some degree of repair, attention or restoration.
Most fine jewellery is made from soft precious materials such as gold, silver, platinum or palladium which will inevitably wear away over time.
80 percent of high street jewellery shops who offer a “repair service” send your jewellery to an “out of town” workshop so you never really know who`s doing the work.
At our in-store workshop our “Goldsmith” will inspect your jewellery and estimate the work required to bring it back to its original condition. Whether it be a simple chain repair or something more in depth like a stone replacement or full restoration we can do it all.

Stone Replacement
We undertake all forms of stone replacement in jewellery & rings, however, due to the complexity of some jobs (i.e.) depending on the stone, the size, quality, & other determining factors such as claw work, we would need to inspect jobs and assess all the factors required to complete the repair.
